- Take some time to make your own Little Bliss List (found via Aimee’s lists).
- Call a friend today and make a date for lunch this week that has nothing to do with business.
- Do something outside your physical norm for one week: Take a daily stroll, check out a yoga DVD from the library, try evening stretches or morning meditations.
- Check your chocolate stash. Replenish it.
